Mark: The Fame Of Jesus

October 18, 2015 | Jim Ramsak | Mark 1:21-28

"Fame. Who wants it? Who needs it? Jesus intended to make a name for himself in a variety of ways - the question is, did he seek that kind of recognition? That is an interesting question! The one thing that we do know about Jesus is that regardless of his reputation, he kept pressing on in his glorious quest to do the right things: to heal the right people, to calm the right storms, and to lift up all who were bowed down. Are you in any of these categories? If so, there is hope for you! Don't be afraid to lift up your hand when Jesus calls on you... He is seeking to bless and encourage all who come to him in faith."
